Welcome to CRISP
Comprehensive Research Into Schizophrenia
and other Psychopathologies

Our research team is part of the Douglas Research Centre
The second largest mental health research centre in Canada.
We are currently exploring several inter-related dimensions of schizophrenia and psychosis through the use of various clinical, neurocognitive and neuroimaging techniques

MRI and fMRI

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Neuropsychological testing

Cognitive
Remediation

Our approach is motivated by a desire to better understand negative and cognitive symptoms that often characterize schizophrenia (e.g. memory difficulties, avolition, anhedonia, poor insight) and to develop research programs that will have significant clinical applications.
